Callebaut 823 33% Milk Chocolate Callets from OliveNation, Gourmet Belgian Baking Chocolate - 1 lb

The best milk chocolate I have found so far (for snacking). I buy this and share with friends, who don’t know about chocolate outside of Hershey’s and Lindt….and they are blown away.

I ordered 2 packages of chocolate so that my husband and I could make truffles on Valentines day. One of the packages arrived in perfect condition, but unfortunately, the other one was damaged by the carrier during shipping. I contacted Cocolaat right away and they were wonderful. They were very responsive and took care of my issue immediately--even though it wasn't even their fault! The flavor and consistency of the chocolate was great! I would not hesitate to order from them again.

This is my second order and the chocolate is superb. The second order arrived a few days late, but the customer service was unbeatable. They tracked the order for me and assured me they would send a replacement if it didn't arrive. It did and was in good shape thanks to a cooling package. Will order more soon.

This chocolate is worth paying extra for when making truffles or doing any sort of chocolate covering. The flavor is outstanding, the finish is glossy, and the finished product has the perfect snap when you bite into it as a higher quality professional coverture chocolate should after melting it properly.

Ovely chocolate. Pours beautifully and sets well. Sadly the compsny ships usps who cannot understand ANY of the instructions on the label yo not leave in hot truck or hot mailbox. They did all of the above for a FL delivery. It was a giant melted blob. I did send email as requested. No response

Used this and the white to coat cookies, pretzels, etc. Melts beautifully and tastes great.

Best chocolate ever! Bakers dream - creamy, smooth, velvety and delicious!! Worth the extra expense!
