Noise cancelling isn't good
Good item, comfortable and clear but the noise cancelling during calls is not good, very disappointed to be fair. I had the 15 model too which had no noise cancelling feature so I upgraded to these.

Decent budget option let down by QC
There is a noticable noisefloor. It is pretty noticable, if you listen to podcasts, or music with quiet parts with regular sensitivity IEMs. If you use something that is less sensitive, it really disappears (can barely hear it with the TRN EMX flathead buds). I can live with this at the price of this product. The bigger issue is that there is an intermittent hissing noise in the right side transmitter, like some contact type of issue, it's not super loud, but it is above the noisefloor, and once you heard it, it cannot be unheard, but this also gets more quiet with the less sensitive IEMs. I'll probably use this around the house to listen to podcasts or audiobooks with the flathead bud while doing chores, to be aware my surroundings. In comparison, I have also have the Moondrop EVO. No noisefloor or odd hissing sounds there, but it's more bulky, way too finnicky with the touch panel gestures, sometimes dropping the BT signal, and it has a pretty abysmal battery life.Unfortunately BT dongles remain a better overall solution for mobility for me (like the Qudelix 5k or Fiio offerings etc), but obviously you have to put up with a cable and clipping the dongle somewhere. If not for that intermittent (but regular) hissing sound from the right side, this review would've been a 4 star.
