Too good to be true, not the snappiest but surely the best we can get for this low money
Extremely perfect in every single way if looking for a cheap and completed phone! It is huge, have a great quality, resistant, good materials, easy to use (standard android experience enhanced by HyperOS), looking very cute with the cover and screen protector and could not be happier with the simmetric corners...except the big chin below which fits the design and honestly good for how much I paid it. Battery life is a monster, 11 out of 10. Amazing functionality but be aware of 3 things: there is no support to eSIM, they ensure 2 more OS updates but never really made it clear the first update would come delayed in 2024-2025, and after the first big update with HyperOS the phone slowed down. The processor overall handles all very good, true, but this is not a premium quality phone. It does a very good job, it is extremely good but if you are looking for a primary reactive phone be aware this is not the best idea, unleass you want to spend very low money. I use it from months as a media device, game and other general work stuff as a second phone and for me this is the greatest of the greatest. Also worth to say that this is the same phone as the POCO C75, just branded Redmi from Xiaomi (same main company). Not sure why but this should be cheaper. Got the 256gb one and it flies. Leave the 128gb, it's inevitable to use 256gb nowadays. I had the 128gb and I believe this is surely more expensive than the POCO but they're both good. When the difference is very low, go ahead with the more storage and RAM option, you won't regret it, never.

Fantastic phone, great value!
This phone ticks all the boxes for me and it's just great value!I really like that for me, the battery lasts 4 days on a single charge. This for my use is the stand out feature as I don't really need a phone with all the bells and whistles you'd get with a flagship. The phone itself looks great, I love the design, feels refreshing! If I'm going to pick on anything, it would be the camera which is just okish, not great, but it's functional. Also the performance isn't fantastic, but it does everything I need it to do, so I'm over all very happy.I'm very happy with this phone as it does everything I personally need from a phone at a very reasonable price.

Good mobile phone
Brought this phone a few months ago and works absolutely fine. I am able to download all my favourite apps, and still have storage left. For the price it's perfect and looks smart very well designed

Good phone ruined by horrible software
I don't think there's such a thing as a really bad phone these days, even in the budget sector. They just wouldn't sell any units. So, the Redmi 14C is pretty well made, responsive and has a nice screen etc. It's quite 'slabby' and thick. Not as nice to hold as better designed and more rounded handsets and it is a big old lump of phone, but quite acceptable for the low price. What isn't acceptable though is how intrusive the "HyperOS" part of the phone is.If you can get through the start-up procedure (I had to pull the SIM to complete it), there's another setup procedure that just won't go away until you comply. So I finally gave in and tried to complete that bit of unwanted stupidity and it proceeded to reinstall all of the games and crap that i'd been removing, plus a few more that weren't on there before. Of course, there's a lot of stuff it won't let you remove. I mean why would they give you actual control of the phone that you've paid for?Google make their own bid for your information and the installation of loads of unwanted Apps, and then there's more constant badgering and nagging even from your service provider to buy data and record a voicemail message etc.I thought installing and customising Windows was about as bad as it gets, but this phone has brought me misery in greater quantities than I could ever have anticipated. Will never own another Xaomi phone after this one.

Bargain phone..
A lot of phone for the money. Especially during the spring sale. Taken an age to set up and transfer my information from my old phone but I do like it. Takes great pictures, runs data fast and calls are clear.I don't believe the claims of how long the battery will last, when you use it as I do for work sending reports it does eat it up a bit.Overall not too bad so far...

Great phone
I just ordered this as my Redmi 9AT that I've had for a few years, isn't compatible with some apps and devices, such as DJI Neo app for my new basic drone that I ordered earlier this year. This is obviously an updated version of the Redmi series, so it's pretty much the same layout as my old one, but with far more RAM and storage AND it absolutely works with my DJI Neo app, as well as some Lavalier Wireless mics I recently purchased too.Delivery was quick and comes with a charging lead (I already had a plug anyway). I can't believe someone gave it one star on here because of that, even though it clearly states that it doesn't come with one?! I guess you can't please everybody! :D
