I just received these a couple of weeks ago so I haven't used them much but the few times I have, I love them!! I hope they last a long time!

I’ve bought plenty of pot & pan sets over the last few decades and I can tell you that this set is by far the best ever. I’ve bought a GreenPan large baking sheet and a flat square pan skillet and love them. When I seen GreenPan & Bobby Flay team up on cookware I was all in especially when I read all about this set. I’ve had the set now for over a month and there is NO disappointment with how they cook. They are high quality made, durable inner and outer do not chip or scratch, the ceramic nonstick is superb and even surface heating. Exterior cream color & interior white sparkle ceramic nonstick are beautiful. The silicone covered handles are a nice grip with heat resistance! Cooking with this set has been effortless with no hassle cleaning. I’m simply amazed and pleased with this purchase!!

Cleans up very easily. It comes with some silicone utensils to prevent scratching. Attractive cookware.

I wanted these to be amazing. I love Bobby Flay and my HomeGoods’ Green Pan pot has been okay. The ceramic is barely there. I touched one metal spoon on a pot from this set and it scratched. Otherwise I’ve only used included plastic wear, which has been fine. But after about a month, every frying pan became difficult to wash and eventually un-cleanable. I only follow the directions for oil/butter use. Bottom line, this pans are not coated well nor durable, even when following the directions. I am very disappointed in the quality and sad I spent this money on the set. I am using a gas stove, for reference as well. They say they are okay with gas, but now I wonder. I’m very sad about the product after only 4 months of use.

We did a lot of research before buying and so we knew we would need to be careful with chipping and ect... But after using for a few months I can say we are happy with the pans but a big learning curve with cooking at lower temperatures. Can't put on high or you will ruin the pans. We had a guest cook their own breakfast one morning and they ruined the pan by cooking some sausage at too high of a temperature. :-( So now that pan has blackened burned spots and no matter what we do we can not get it off the cooking side of the pan. It is lighter than it was originally but is not coming off. I think the pan still works for not sticking but hard to tell. As we cook with a little oil in the pan and it seems ok. But not happy about the pan not being able to clean up correctly. So that is why I don't give 5 stars. The pans seem ok otherwise, again make sure you are good at cooking a little slower as high heat will ruin the pans.

The best pots I’ve ever had!

My saucepan chipped on the side within 2-3 uses. Also, the large sauté pan warped. On the first use the sauce ran to the outer edges. Customer service replaced my saute pan. Said sorry about the chipped sauce pan, but not covered under their warranty. You should store each on a cloth to keep from touching / rubbing in cabinet and NO dishwasher. Great non stick pans.

They are great. Very happy with my purchase. The ceramic inside makes it easy to clean. Cooking is fast, easy and healthy. They look profesional.
