Works well! Colors are bright and vibrant, and it has no taste. Worked great for a rainbow cake I made for my daughter's birthday!!

These food dyes were bright and colorful, and I liked how they had the whole rainbow instead of just four colors (hello orange and purple). I have no idea why it's so hard for me to make a good orange out of red and yellow, but having it already come in the box was great. The droppers worked well, but without having to carefully mix colors, that wasn't even as much of an issue. Great find!

The colors are very bold! The set comes in easy to use dropper bottles in the full rainbow, not just the base colors. works great and mixes in well.

We ordered these so we'd have a full set of seven colors, rather than the small sets of four you buy at the grocery store. It's nice to be able to just grab the "purple" and not have to mix "red" and "blue". And, if you run out of icing, and need more "purple" you'll never get the mix right. With the extra premixed colors, this isn't a problem.The containers come in a nice box that is great for storing them when not in use. The colors are nice and vibrant, much like the store bought type. I didn't sense any sort of bitter flavor, either.The only thing I found a bit strange was the "yellow" is labelled as "lemon". Other than that, these are top-notch food coloring at a great price, and would highly recommend them.

No complaints. These colors are bright and dye well. The packaging/bottles were well sealed.

I used these food colorings to make a home craft project ("dinosaur eggs" made of flour, baking soda, water and food coloring) and these were surprisingly excellent! I loved the range of color and the vibrancy of the pigmentation. My hands got covered in dye but it washed off easily and quickly with soap, big bonus. I'm impressed with the amount of colors and volume of each tube in this set. big recommend for art projects!

I have kind of a love – hate relationship with food coloring because I do occasionally use it but it always seems like I’m putting chemicals in my food. (We are always warned so stringently about such things.) Although this was advertised as being “food grade”, I still looked up the listed ingredients. They all seem to be approved for use in food and many of these ingredients are in the other food colorings I see advertised. I went ahead and made a green waffle for my husband this morning (kind of a joke with us). The color worked fine and held through the cooking process. I put a few drops of the orange color in my vanilla yogurt and I did not detect any odd flavor. If anything, I think it added some sweetness, which makes sense because it has sorbitol in it. I think this will work great to color icing or dough for my Christmas cookies.

Food coloring has so many applications. From baking to all sorts of food/drink uses, to slime and craft dough to shaving cream paint. These are perfect for all those applications. The colors are bright, the bottles have a generous amount, and they are easy to squeeze. The colors are magnificent, I especially love getting purple instead of having to mix my own. Even adding a drop or two to a glass of milk switches things up and makes it fun. This set is absolutely perfect for everything I have used it on!
