Excellent head shaver
I've been using one of the cheap, generic <insert Chinese name here> head shavers for the past year. Went through three shaving heads in that time, and constantly had bad irritation, burns, and bumps if I used it more than once every couple of days even when wet shaving with a good shaving cream. That shaver finally died, and after deciding that I was just going to get a Pitbull shaver I spotted this new option in the search results. I figured why not? It's cheaper than the Pitbull, is from a company that appears to design it's own products rather than rebranding someone else's, and it was on SHARK TANK (which was novelty and not the decision making factor by any means lol). I didn't really like the palm style shavers because when trying to get a close shave from them you either head to use two hands in a really awkward way or put so much pressure on it that it irritated the skin, so the final factor that made me go for it was the handle.I'm glad I gave it a chance! I popped it out of the packaging when it arrived and did a dry shave right there. That was when I knew it was a winner. That dry shave was nice and close with no irritation at all. I've been using it a few weeks now and while I'm still giving my head a day or two between shaves I have none of the irritation I had when using the old shaver at this tempo. Now for the other aspects beyond just the cut:Battery life?Great. I've had to recharge it once since the initial charge the day I got it. It seems to actually get the battery life they claim.Ease of use?Great. That handle does actually make a big difference in ease of use. I'm able to get probably 80% of the work done just holding it by the handle, and then when I have to go in and push the shaving head down to contour to my head in order to get that last ~20% it's far less awkward than the palm shaver I had.Shave quality?Smooth as I've ever gotten. Mind I've literally never used a razor to shave any part of my body, so I can't really compare to that but from what I've heard there is no comparison because no electric shaver will get as smooth as a good razor. I always joke that my wife has more experience with a razor than I do.Shaver head cleaning?Great. Officially all they say you need to do is fill a cup with some water and run the shaver for a bit with the head submerged to get all the hair out of the head. I've found my cupped hand with water running into it and pooling works perfectly fine! It's much easier than with the cheapo heads that you have to open up to rinse out after every shave!Replacement heads?$20 for the official replacement. That's the same price as many of the cheapo replacement heads, so long term cost of this is going to be not that far off from the cheaper (in quality and cost) ones. I have no idea how longIncluded shaving cream?Nice. Seems to work as well as the Cremo stuff I bought just before my other shaver died. Well enough that I'm considering picking up their other products to try them out. What don't you like?I'm not really a camo guy, so maybe a few different color/pattern options, but honestly I'm not going to let the aesthetics of the shaver get in the way of a nicely shaven, irritation free head.I heartily recommend giving this shaver a try over any of the cheap rebranded ones, and would say it's definitely worth trying before dropping the money on a Pitbull which may or may not provide a better shave.

Bald Buddy Shaver
I purchased the Bald Buddy shaver to replace an older version, that was on its last leg. This version of the Bald Buddy shaver is a vast improvement of the older version. It works great . I like that it has a readout of the charge percentage. It also has a cleaning reminder but I am diligent about cleaning after every use. It does not take veryy long to clean it.The shaver came in a metal case with a cleaning cup. I find that the cleaning cup does not clean the shaver very well.So I open up the blades and give it a deep clean after every use. There is a on line video of how to give it a deep clean. The shaver works well on my Bald head. I also use it to shave my face and it does a good job. The shaver came with an extra set of blades, a charger and a cleaning cup. I am very pleased with the purchase.

It's not easy to clean and time is the essence
Use of the product...The razor feels great on your head and I actually love to use this razor. The five blades feels like it does a great job and you can feel a closer shave. The clean time makes this razor not worth it...To clean the rotary blades it says you're supposed to dip the blades in water and turn it on. End result is the whiskers get caked inside so that's a fail method! To properly clean, each of the five blades needs to come off separately. Trying to put the blades back on requires careful assembly which is time consuming (a few minutes). Compare this to a standard three blade Norelco style elector razor where the blades come off as a group and can be cleaned in seconds. That clean time makes a big difference because time in the bathroom is a chore.Clean time...Just think about this....Bald Buddy: in one week if you clean it 3 times that's 9 minutes for a week and 36 minutes for the month.Norelco, Wahl, Addis: Not even a minute of clean time for a full month of use.Ain't nobody got time for that!!!Problems...Sometimes I don't get the blades back on correctly after cleaning and they will pop off during shaving which is highly annoying. It's simple enough to pop them back on but it happens more times than I prefer. In addition, if they fall on the floor the spring may fall out and that's even more of a challenge to put things back together. As a result, I'm extremely careful as I use this razor. NEVER in my entire life of being a Norelco user have I had any issues that I'm reporting.Overall....An Andis or a Wahl Comfort Close razor is the best head shaver, also sold on Amazon. I had my Bald Buddy in the trash at one point but I pulled it out cuz I felt bad and I still do like the way it saves. But the clean time I just documented makes me think it really isn't worth it!?! I wouldn't buy it or recommend it, but since I have it.... I guess I'll keep it. Still.... why bother!?!?

Bald head
I found that the shaver was great but the blades were not so sharp as when I tried to shave my face I got razor burns on my neck, oh and I did use your soap to lather up.Take it from me if you can not get it on the first or second try just leave it and come back with a different razor or electric shaver.Continued review well it is Feb 5, 2023 and the razor has died. I was going to use it and pressed the button on the bottom and nothing so I turned it over and pressed again and saw a that nothing was coming on so I just held the button and it started but I was not able to turn it off, so I just waited until the battery went dead. So I plugged the charger and wait .ore than eight hours unplugged from the charger and pressed the button and nothing just went deadNow the shaver was charged regularly, I did not drop it cleaned the blades after each use so now having to shop for another razor. I would look at other razors if I were you.
