This thing works so well! Q Tips are the worst thing you can use in your ears.... I use ear picking tools and this fine gadget. This will very easily clear the stuff that you see in the photo.

This machine work great for me. My left ear was clogged for month or longer tried debrox drops, and a ear camera scoop tool. Didn't rely work for me . Tried otex drops and this and my ear cleaned out real good . I can hear everything now. My girlfriend was amazed when she seen the wax falling out well.worth the money

Well it works to spray water into your ears, the process is simple and I was able to use it without making any mess or needing towels. Not sure if my ears are simply very clean or some other's ears are beyond nasty, but I used this three times in a row in each ear and nothing but clear water was in the little bucket at the end. Followed all directions and slid the tip as far into the ear canal as I could, and still nothing...

I was a little afraid of hurting myself but I think unless you really tried to gouge yourself with it, it's safe. I'd recommend against regular usage just because we are meant to have some amount of wax.That said, I inherited my dad's really gunky ears and last time I tried my regular hydrogen peroxide cleaning, it must have melted just enough wax down into the canal that I couldn't flush out and it totally blocked my right ear. I could hear maybe 20% from it. Once I figured out what I was doing, this completed flushed it right out.As a word of caution if you do use it: obviously use warm water, cold water will really mess you up, but also lay down on the side you flush (or both.) In my case, there was residual water for a little while after, and when I laid down a warm, almost oily discharge drizzled out. A little gross, but honestly very comfortable.It's riskier than going to get your ears cleaned by a professional, so you have to weigh that into your decisionmaking too. For my part, the convenience and cheap cost of entry outweighed the potential risks, and I was rewarded with blissful hearing once more. Exactly what I needed.

It works great. I have used the tray twice, but find it works easier for me to just lean over the vanity sink when flushing my ears. The led lights aren't usefull unless someone is flushing for you. I ensure I sterilize the ear tip with very hot water and achohol after each use vs purchasing a ton of tips. They provide a few. 5 or 6... I forget. I recommend this product.

I read the instructions not once not twice, but three times just to make sure it was fully charged. That was not the problem. I put the basin under my ear as instructed., I made sure the earpiece was properly put on the device as per instructed put on normal for the first time, and I put it in my right ear and turned it on, and the water went everywhere but the basin. I stopped in and managed to readjust, and nothing came out of my ear and I know that both my ears have wax build up since I have used Q-tips to clean them out very carefully,… so I decided to try the left ear, this time the device went on pause, and it’s supposed to be for only two minutes and then the device should turn on. it did not do that. I turned it off. I turned it back on, it started flashing again. I went to put it back up to my ear and then all of a sudden it started spraying water all over the place. I shut it off immediately. cleaned up the water and then I put it back to my ear with the basin underneath and turned it back on and it went on but again it started spraying water some into my ear, with a much heavier force, and I couldn’t see the buttons, so it may have gone from normal on his own up to a heavier spray very little was going into the basin, and most of it was going all over… I shut it off and I am returning it immediately. I hope I have not done any damage to my ears….. I very rarely write bad reviews, but this is not a good product, not well designed at all and the timing on this product needs to be redesign or this product should be scrapped… At this point, I am advising people not to buy it

Was great until I went to charge it and it won’t charge at all now.

My kids ear was blocked for a very long time!!! The wait time for an appointment was ridiculous so I purchased this to give him some relief and man this worked like a charm!!!!
