Subbed for regular flour in granola recipe. Tasted great.
It says to use part tapioca flour to sub for regular flour in baking recipes which seems like a good idea. Just for granola, with pretty much no rising involved, I used it with the oats. Good result.I like that millet flour is on the recommended list for a low-lectin diet. Tastes good.

Wish you got more flour in the bag quality is perfect. You can totally break with the product if you’re not used to it the taste can be a little different but it’s still good.

strange taste
maybe that is just what millet flour is supposed to taste like, but in my opinion, it's for the birds! (pun intended). i also did not like the texture. I tried making biscuits with it and they came out like lightly compressed flour and completely fell apart when i tried to pick them up. i just tossed it out.

Great for baking and breading
I actually like this way better that wheat flour.This is gluten free and has a wonderful texture and flavor. It is also versatile in cooking / baking.
