Great replacement for corn syrup
Love using this stuff. We use it one for one to replace corn syrup. It also makes the best gingerbread ever!

Awesome size!
This product is amazing! So delicious- I use it in any recipe that calls for regular corn syrup. It tastes so much better! I also use it make vegan versions of things that call for honey- like honey mustard.Best use is to make Treacle Tart- a Harry Potter recipe! This size is awesome because we use so much of it - can’t beat the cost!

You Need To Try This! It's GREAT!
Wow this is good. It is great in recipes like Treacle Pudding, or other recipes from Britain or Europe. The big jug means I don't have to buy it very often, and I can jar some up for my kids to use. This is just the ticket to put on pancakes or waffles, especially if you are allergic to maple like my daughter-in-law. I have been known to drizzle some on buttered toast when I run out of honey, too. This is a really great product all around. It arrived wrapped in bubble wrap inside a heavy box, and not one single drop leaked or spilled.

Good alternative to corn syrup. Pleasant flavor,
This is a nice alternative to corn syrup for baking. I used in a pecan squares recipe with excellent results. The flavor is quite pleasant and I can see other uses like on pancakes, etc.

The best!
I'm a Brit living in the USA, and I missed having this product. Ordered it at the last minute to use for a High Tea I was making. Fast shipping, long sell by date, well sealed. Buy again.

Used for desserts
This golden syrup is used in a lot of different dessert recipes and can also be used as a syrup for pancakes, waffles, French toast and the like. I used it to make mooncakes and it adds a nice brown color to the finished product. I spent quite a bit of time researching the differences between the Lyle’s products and whether the type of bottle and packaging made a difference (glass, plastic, squeeze bottle, tin, etc.). The answer is no! They’re all the same product just packaged differently, so choose the one that is most convenient for you.
