As much as I'm a sunworshipper, I have very low Vitamin D and I'm always looking for new ways to add it to my diet. I was on a prescription, but I thought I would try this liquid Vitamin D.I haven't had my blood checked since I started taking this, but it is a very easy way to get my dose. The dropper has markings on it to let you know how much to take and the taste is pleasant.I will continue to take this, and I'll see how I do on my next blood draw.This is made with love in the USA!
