Ladder missing
The replacement also came without ladder, even though the ladder is illustrated in all pictures and included in the parts list and assembly instructions. This makes the product unsafe for kids.

Springs tearing out after 10 months
My kids enjoyed this trampoline last winter and autumn, but after just 10 months in the shade the jumping mat springs are tearing out and the blue spring cover plastic is falling apart. Rather spend a bit more on a better product. Looks good on paper, but soon starts to fail.
