Excellent product.

This is an unusual hot sauce, but really enjoyable. It has just the right level of heat in that its not a comedy "pain" sauce but has a good fiery heat paired with a strong flavour too. That flavour is fairly unusual for a hot sauce - its extremely earthy, almost truffle-like, I think because it contains concentrated porcini mushrooms in addition to the usual chilli sauce ingredients. It works particularly well on pizza because of the mushroom favour but its definitely an unusual taste.

We recently tried Firelli Hot Sauce and it blew us away! Its also gluten-free, so it's perfect for those with allergies. it had a nice level of heat, but was also incredibly flavorful. We especially loved it on tacos, but it would be great with any kind of Mexican food. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great hot sauce with no gluten.2 down sides - Cant read the ingredients, and (me personally dont mind) but the girlfriend doesn't like hot sauces that has a vinegar an this does.

I enjoyed the flavour an for a change it was different to try a chilli sauce from Italy. I use it like a sauce going over food also to had more flavour. 😋🔥👍🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿
