I haven’t seen much changed, but I did just start using it. It definitely helps you to sweat more. It was the perfect size and has a little bit of stretch. It’s definitely worth the price.

It rolls up and down very easily so I had to make sure my sports bra covered the top and my leggings were high waisted enough to cover the bottom, but over all the amount of sweat from my stomach, back, and sides was crazy and I’m really excited to use it again during workouts. It’s super stretchy, breathable, and comfortable to wear. For it being only $10 I think it’s a great starter product if you’re wanting to lose a couple inches around your stomach area, I don’t see it being for long term use but I really do recommend it :)) I wear a 2X to 3X and it fit just fine

I didn’t realize when I purchased this that it didn’t have a zipper (which was what I was looking for) I couldn’t get it up my legs to my waist. I tried over my head and down my torso and it got stuck over the back of my shoulder. Maybe a bigger size would have fit better but I got the biggest they offered.It did ship in a timely manner and it was packaged nicely. It is reasonably priced.I gave it a 3 based on my experience

The material is light and soft. I wore it to Zumba/Latin class and the results were amazing. I love it.

Knocked off a star cuz it smelled like fish .. I’m 5’5 142 pounds and I got the small.. it fits nice and tight and smooth under my sports bra to inside my pants .. it lays flat with no bunching or scrunching up.. it covers the whole area from under my boobs to the bottom of my torso.. it lays absolutely smooth .. it DOES make u sweat .. I did 62 minutes on the treadmill doing internal runs .. when I got home an peeled it off the inside was literally dripping in sweat . Cleaned it and turned it inside out to dry so I can wear it tomorrow.. easy to pull on and pull off . I lik it
