This is probably the best straightener I have ever owned! It has a motion sensor to start heating up only if you're holding it when it's plugged in. If it sits still for a couple minutes without moving, it will turn off. It heats up to 450° in about 15 seconds! There is a digital indicator to let you know how fast it's heating up with the current temperature. Changing the temperature is easy with push buttons. It also came with a glove to help when you're curling your hair. I get get great results, and my hair rarely snags. Great product at a great price!

By far the best straightener. Leaves our hair feeling smoother, looks shiner and when I do curls it seems as though the curls are tighter and last longer. The heat time seems so instant.

The positive reviews are pretty accurate, this is a great product and I’m so glad I purchased this.I have very short, thick course hair and I wanted a flat iron that was 1” wide as I use it to curl my very straight hair.I didn’t notice any pulling or tugging on my hair, but then again I have short -pixie length hair.The plates on it are very smooth and it really does heat up in seconds.My last hair straightener from Home Goods lasted a few years until it recently blew up and started smoking 😳 and I wanted to purchase a new straightener but didn’t want to pay 100.00 or more for a straightener. I’m glad I found this, with a coupon discount. It’s 100X better than my old one and was slightly less expensive.It does have a very quiet high pitched buzzing sound but it doesn’t bother me.However if you have sensory problems, it might bother you.It came with a glove and a sleeve for storage, as well as a couple hair clips. The storage sleeve is my favourite.For the price I paid, I feel this was excellent value and I would highly recommend if you’re shopping for a new hair straightener.The waving feature to turn on is a cool feature, the temp settings on inside are convenient for me because I don’t accidentally change them while holding the item.Be mindful of any plastic covering- remove them before turning on for the first time.I don’t have any cons to list on this product, but I think it’s all personal preference.Quite honestly, it exceeded my expectations, and that’s always a good thing in my opinion.

This is the best flat I’ve ever purchased! Handle didn’t get hot and is very light. I used it to one of my client for silk press and it comes out very nice. My client got so much compliments of her hair. Is super straight, silky and shine! I definitely recommend this to anyone who has very curly or coiled textured hair. The price for this quality of flat iron is great and the amount of heat you need it for faster and good results.

Omg!!! I have extremely thick hair, and it usually takes me about an hour and a half to straighten my hair. With this device it took me about 30 minutes. I’m so surprised. I’m sold on this product. I’m getting salon results, without the salon cost. I used to go to the hairdresser, and he would try to get me to not have him dry and straighten my hair, and would offer me $50 off if he didn’t have to dry and straighten my hair. Now,I’m doing it myself. The results speak for themselves….
