The price is amazing for what you get.
I have several of these I use at a youth camp. They work amazingly well for what you pay for them. Cheep enough that when someone drops one off a cliff or in the lake it is no big deal. You can easily program these with open source "CHIRP" software. Audio quality is not as good as a commercial radio but at this price point you cannot complain. You can set them for 2 or 5 watts. Our youth camp covers 29 wooded acres and you get 100% coverage with these point-to-point.
