So far so good
The first time I purchased this product it was excellent but something went wrong and I noticed leaking. I didn’t give a good review and almost gave up.After writing my review the company were so kind and contacted me to resolve the issue. They sent me several pads in different sizes to test them on my patients and for now I can confirm that I’ve had no leakage and I am currently testing each patient using different sizes. The patient who normally used large is using Medium and the other who would normally use medium is using the size small. The fit is snug and feels very secure without any leakage, discomfort or irritation.I will update in a months time. For now I can say I would recommend these pads and if you have any doubts try a different size.Thank you to the company for sending me a box of free items to test as well as products I hadn’t ordered yet ( packets of wet sheets). It was a big box so I was so grateful for their effort to rectify the situation.

Best compromise of good quality and affordable
I like these. They absorb the wee, they are comfortable enough, and they don't disintegrate. It may be different for you, but I (M77) use the loo normally if I am near one and can get there in time. In that case I pull these down at the front, void, and pull them back up. That saves wetting them, and sometimes I wear them for 48 hours without, ahem, "using" them. Saves money, see.

High advice
Hello, started have some bladder problems recently. So I decided instead to buy a pack.Yeah great, comfortable for one. And had no leaks. The one great thing thing with these are that even in exsice they are comfortable,I go running, when I am running my body loosen up quite a bit I end up need to pee. Today I wanted to do a "tested", so after work I went on a run, know the I need a wee. Had a wee(probably had a full bladder) yeah they but up but nothing not comfortable.

Regular customer
Regular repeat buy as it works well, can't complain. Will be ideal if it was cheaper.

Disappointing given the marketing with better alternatives on offer
Overall I am quite disappointed by this pull-up given the marketing and user reviews. The overarching issue here is that the functional absorbency is nowhere near the manufacturer’s claims which resulted in several embarrassing leaks and I quickly lost confidence in the product. The padding felt like it was mainly SAP and the lack of Pulp made wicking poor. I felt like this pull-up is better suited to light to moderate levels of incontinence. The fit is quite generous and the front padding is cut quite low which is less ideal for men. The leak guards were ok and generally its comfortable to wear.Overall I think there are more absorbent and cost effective alternatives out there from the likes of DryLife, Abena and Northshore.

Best!
That's the best. I've tried several brands, but for sure that's the only one that fits well, doesn't leak and is flexible and comfortable in case you need to use the toilet for number 2
