I have been using this product for over a month now. It’s easily adjustable, easy to use, and its size doesn’t stand out in our living area. I usually keep it on level 1/3. I haven’t noticed a huge difference in air quality but I’m sure that has to do with me only using the lowest level at all times.I bought the two pack and use the other one in the room that holds our cat’s litter box. I have noticed a difference in the amount of dust that lingers around so all in all I count that as a win.The noise is not bad and almost unnoticeable on level one. Obviously the higher the level the more noise but I’m a huge fan of white noise anyways. It’s not too bright but I also don’t have it in a place where I want total darkness.Overall, I’m glad I purchased these and would recommend them.

This little machine is quite powerful and I trust it to do it’s job immensely. I first noticed this brand at my dentist’s office back in June & was curious to it’s performance and abilities. I trusted my dentist’s taste in reliability, efficacy in filtration & ability to purify air. I did some homework on this brand and decided to make the purchase. I use this mighty little purifier in my office in a school building & I love it. My allergies have improved, I can smell a difference (non-stagnant air) in the office that I share w/3 others & I am confident that this is aiding in circulation and purification of the air we are sharing. I only decided to buy and use one because of my forced return to the school building as well as the extra protection of having a quality air purifier in a shared space.The noise level of the machine on 2 is bearable, but 3 is a little too loud for normal office usage. I dont require the night mode as it’s only used during the day - but have used it a few times to test out the light functions.Overall, this air purifier is far superior to other brands & I trust this to clean and filter air through the high quality filtration system within the machine.

This little air filter is the real deal. I bought 3 of them. I put one of them in the kitchen and it truly help reduce cooking odors. My husband actually fried some fish in the kitchen and it helped keep the smell down. I don't normally allow him to fry in the kitchen because I hate the smell but this air filter worked pretty well. I also notice that when I run the one in my office, there isn't as much dust. I would recommend and plan to purchas a couple of more of them for other rooms.

I just changed the filters for the first time since purchase in April on mine (i have six throughout the house) and was surprised how dirty the filters were. The air in my house is noticeably fresher when these are running. I did drop one star rating because these units don't automatically turn back on if there's a power outage and I live in a rural area where those kinds of quick power drops that only last a split second or common so whenever that happens I have to go around the house and turn these all back on and set them back to the fan speed I prefer for that room. It would be better if they would remember that setting and turn back on automatically if they lose power. But, I have noticed if we have one of those power dips and I forget to go around and turn them back on for a couple days, the air in the house gets very stale so they definitely do a good job when they're running.

I recently became concerned with the air my family is breathing due to 1. Living in the Central Valley (CA), 2. Being stuck inside with the AC running and 3. All of us plus 3 dogs inside due to Covid.I reviewed many different air purifiers until I couldn't stand to research any more. I chose this brand primarily for the Hep13 filtration and affordability.I have had the M14s for almost a month, so far I love them. I got the 2 pack, one for my bedroom and the other for my son's.I love them so much I bought the M40 for the main living area and then the M 25 for my bedroom (put the M14 in my office)The M14 is just as advertised. The filter is super easy to install. The only thing I wish was different is the nightlight....it is bright! Its either on or off.The highest fan setting is loud but I like it for white noise at bedtime. The sleep level is super quiet.Does it clean the air.....only time will tell but it seems to. My son has 2 dogs in his room and his window faces the dustiest part of our yard. He has noticed a difference.So far no issues....

I purchased these two units back in July 2020. In August 2021 one of my units started to make a loud noise that I couldn't seem to fix on my own. It was the motor and even on the quiet/sleep setting it was making noise. Thankfully, even though I placed the order on Amazon, I did go to the Medify website and filled out the warranty information. I just hung up the phone with Elmer in customer service and we are in the process of having my unit replace. She emailed me a shipping label and I will ship it (I have to provide the box and packing material and I have plenty of that here at home), but the cost to ship it back is free to me. My unit is being replaced free of charge.Additionally, she informed me that Medify has a filter club via their website and I just joined. I will have my filters shipped to me every 4 months ensuring that I will stay on top of keeping the filters replaced. They are running a special right now so I was able to order 2 filters for $33.75 for my first shipment.Register your units on the Medify Air website. It certainly made this process extremely fast and easy. I am very pleased.Additionally, I am happy with the units themselves. They are quiet and do a good job filtering the air. I also love the nightlight feature.
