Besign BK02 Bluetooth 5.0 in-car Speakerphone, Wireless Car Kit for Hands-Free Talking & Music Streaming, Connect Two Phones, Auto On Off

I like the design and basic functionality of this Bluetooth speaker. it works very well, pairs up very easily and sets up like a dream. The only problem is the sound quality is horrible. Even with my phone and the device volume up to the max, I still have to close my window, turn off the radio and blower on my heater and hold the device near my ear to have a decent conversation. I stopped using it and I'll be looking for a replacement.Update---Someone from Besign must have read my review and decided to fix the issue with my unit. Out of the blue I received an email saying that I had a package from Besign would be delivered. I was stunned because I hadn't ordered anything. I received a new unit and the sound is wonderful. As I stated in my original review, the set up for this Bluetooth is simple, quick and easy. The unit itself is very well made and the visor clip is sturdy. To the customer service person, that took the steps to fix this for me I just want to say thank you so much. It's people like you that make a company look good in a consumers eyes. And thank you to Besign for standing behind your products. I will sing your praises to everyone and I will highly recommend your company to my friends and family!

Excellent value for the money. I’ve used a similar product in my automobile that doesn’t have the same sound quality. This is a big improvement. And the hands free talking is a big plus which my other speaker doesn’t have. I also like the power cord so I don’t have to worry about battery for power. This is a great product.

Updated: well, it proved to be a disappointment- when talking cell to cell and using this device it was so hard to hear through it. But, if streaming audio it was at first louder and cleaner sound than my old one. But for phone calls it proved worse than what I had.

As of today July 1st in Tennessee it is against the law to drive holding your phone. So I bought this for my husband he isnt very good with electronics and stuff so I thought this one would be perfect for him. Large buttons one green one red! As simple as it gets. Well he LOVE it! It has amazing sound and I can hear him perfectly! Very easy to connect too! Its alot better than I thought it would be! Battery life is amazing since it dont come on unless it detects movement! After him using his and how great it is we bought one for our neighbors and my mother!!

Connects incoming calls really fast. Convent way to answer my phone. I really like it. I just leave it in the car and it automatically connects to my iPhone when I go out diving. The best thing is I don’t have to take my phone out to answer a call, with this device it doesn’t matter where in the car the phone is to answer my call.

I have another device like this so this one in comparison suffered. The sound from the person I called was fine, but my voice on the other end had a lot of noise from the engine. So it isn't as well protected from the engine noise. It works but find another one if you can. I do not understand why the people making this also don't include an external microphone input. It would permit a person to place the microphone in a more optimal place to pick up the voice of the driver and use a more directional microphone to boot.

My moms radio went out in her car, and would require a major update to the radio/heat settings which she didn’t want to do. So we got this as a temporary solution. She likes that she her phone connects to it as soon as she gets into the car. She could answer calls and talk but chooses it use it only as a radio/speaker. It doesn’t completely replace the multi speaker effect her car stereo had but definitely works to listen to music.She is connecting an iPhone X to this device.

Works great. Connects easily. Actually scared me the first time using it because it was so loud! Love to use it with my GPS, I never miss a turn because I couldn't hear my phone.
