Don't buy if, like me you want 15 mins of high heat and then turn your oven down to a lower temperature! The listing doesn't tell you it's only guaranteed up to gas 6 or 210 degrees C. The packaging does tell you that but by then I'd bought and unpacked it. Won't be bothering to send it back - too much cost and trouble but won't be buying products from this manufacturer again. If you can't be bothered to give all the relevant information in your listings I won't be buying from you again. Sturdy? Yes it feels it. A good weight in the hand. Doesn't feel like it will buckle at the maximum temperatures they guarantee it for but my guarantee will be invalid if I start my loaves off at the normal temperature. Still, might come in handy for meatloaves and lemon drizzle cake. Not what I was looking for though.

A really nice and well made 2lb loaf tin. You can find some higher than these, but as long as you are able to get a nice oven spring then the loafs to these come out just lovely. Also, because they aren't too high ,they also make a good cake loaf tin too. Would definitely buy again.
