We used this one time and realized their was a slit in the insulated seam. Water leaked everywhere! It say we are outside of the return window. One use and it's useless and cannot be returned even though it was sent cleary defective!

Preserves cold all day, but it last not to long.The inner side dosent resist !!!!I have been using this product for 2 weeks and is breaking the insulator inside

Was very nice for about a month then started leaking ...Is now worthless!
