I first began taking mushroom supplements after reading about the potential benefits for both the immune system and for the gut microbiome. Specifically, I've taken Reishi, supplements in the past, but so far I like this blended mushroom complex the best (Reishi, Lion's Mane & Cordyceps Militaris are the included varieties). For starters, this formula is both vegan and non-GMO. The capsules are reasonably sized, odorless, easy to swallow, and without aftertaste. I've been taking the recommended three capsules daily for just over a week now and have already noticed some early gains in energy level and an overall reduction in inflammation and body aches to the extent that I am excited to see what the full benefit will be following longer-term use. Will definitely be purchasing this product again!

They've got good anti-cancer properties, and it's worth reading up on the studies that have been done. My oncologist nutritionist was the one who first put me on various types of mushrooms, and it made a huge difference during my treatment. I've been a fan (of mushrooms in general) ever since. On the track to recovery from SIBO, I find these have provided positive results. I am still on the recovery but after two weeks of taking, I feel good. A book I am reading, called Eat Dirt, suggests mushrooms have natural abilities to fight dangerous bacteria and viruses. Mushrooms contain compounds and complex substances that include anti microbial, anti viral, anti tumor, anti allergic, immune modulating, anti inflammatory, protecting and blood sugar, heart, liver lowering properties. They need it to survive in their own natural environment.

I am a senior taking my last semester before getting my legal degree. I started taking these supplements a few weeks before finals thinking maybe they will help me focus and overcome my senioritis. I also wake up at 4:30am, commute to work and back to school in the evening - long days. I am happy to report that I have noticed a nice uptick in my energy levels. I am normally beat towards the end of the week and although I get off early on Fridays, I go home, hit the couch and fall fast asleep. I have found that I am not exhausted as usual. Also, I have been present and focused in class and I feel as though I have increased mental clarity when I have been studying so I have no complaints about this product. I feel good and even though people around me in the office have been taking turns getting sick, I have been fine. I would recommend this product and look forward to its continued benefits. The fact that it is a vegan product is a bonus!!

I have been pleasantly surprised by this product. I have noticed that I have more energy and my mental clarity and focus has also increased. I am a single mom, going to school full time, working full time and have a generally busy lifestyle. For years I have been drinking massive amounts of caffeine just to be able to function all day. However, with this product I have noticed that I don’t drink quite as much coffee as I used to. I have also seen a great improvement with my immune system. I highly recommend this product!

Wonderful mushroom combo for a great price. I’m super sensitive to supplements and try to start off on the minimum dosage. It’s recommended to take 3 capsules and with only 1 I felt comfortable and had the energy that everyone talks about. I didn’t have any issues with the full dosage either and was able to fall asleep fine. And knock on wood, no cold or flu yet!

I have been using this product for over 3 weeks now.. Unlike other reviewers, this supplement does not give me an energy boost or more mental clarity. I actually feel the opposite unfortunately. In addition, I have been having a harder time getting up in the morning, but I don't know if it is related to this product. On a positive note, I do like that it's organic, non-GMO and vegan.

This supplement was amazing for the price. Usually, you have to pay an arm an a leg for a really good mushroom supplement, but not with this one. It was the same quality and I saw the same results as I do from the more expensive Sun Potion brand, but for less than half the price. The only reason I'm not giving it a full 5 stars is that the instruction say to take before a meal, which tends to be a bit difficult for me. I prefer to be able to take supplements with or after meals, as that's a bit more convenient. However, that is a very small complaint I have regarding an outstanding product.
