Cottage Delight was established in 1974 by our Chairman, Nigel Cope. The company began making home made fudge to a traditional recipe which is still made by hand today. The majority of our products are produced in Leek, in the Staffordshire Moorlands to traditional methods and recipes. Our chutneys and preserves are made in small batches using the best ingredients to ensure that the products tastes as good as home-made. Great Stuff with a ' Home Made ' Feel to it.
Cheese could have been made for this pickle ! Bit of crusty bread, pat of butter, glass of cider, what's not to like.

This is the nicest pickle I have had in years. It is very reminicent of the pickle my aunt used to make some 60 years ago. I have had it with cheese, meat and other nibbles. So glad i can buy more on Amazon.
