I once had to take one of those medical tests at where you drink a gallon of chalky, thick liquid ahead of time to clear your system. This reminds me of the flavor, which is associated with an unpleasant experience, so I can't tell if I would have liked it without that. The ingredients are clean, so far as I can tell. I'm mixing these with another electrolyte that has a more sweet and sour flavor to get through them. Won't be reordering. So this review isn't about the quality of the product but about past memories interfering with using the product.

I decided to try these versus a more expensive brand an Instagram influencer uses that I follow. I bought the 6 pack so I didn’t have to commit to a canister in case I didn’t like it. Well I gotta say, this definitely works! Quarantine life has been a struggle! Working from home all the time now, I tended to make frequent trips to the kitchen throughout the day which was terrible for my waistline! Lol! I’m using this with intermittent fasting and tracking calories and boy does it help reduce appetite and strangely, cravings! I found for me, it’s best to drink this on an empty stomach in the morning for it to work. I drink it at 7am and I’m not really hungry until about noon. And after I eat lunch, I don’t have that feeling that I need to keep “snacking” until dinner time. It’s definitely helping me keep my eating in check. I liked it so much, I bought the canister!

I’ve been drinking these for a week now and I’m not quite sure what kind of review to leave. I do the keto test strips and it shows my keytones are at optimal performance with these drinks (I drink one packet a day). But the sodium in this drink makes me so thirsty!! So I drink water because I’m thirsty and then I pee all day and half the night because of all the water I drink. I don’t understand why there has to be so much sodium in them. They do taste good, but I use 24 ounces of water to counter effect the sweetness of it. I’ll keep trying them and see if I get used to them, the sodium is my main complaint right now.

The flavor was a bit tart but not bitter. Admittedly, I used it with sugar free sparkling water so there’s that. I’m still using it a half pack at a time along with a Ketogenic diet. I’ve struggled to get beyond trace amounts of ketones but with this product I’ve managed to hit moderate amounts (see pic). I’ll update my review after I reorder next week and upgrade to a full pack. So far, I am pleased.

I bought this after seeing a few reviews on IG stories. I have tried a few other brands including a highly expensive brand. The most expensive one put me into ketosis; however, most flavors were disgusting, did not mix well at all, and also I only could buy in packet form. I like packets for on the go but prefer containers.The flavor of strawberry lemonade is delicious and does not have an odd after taste like other brands I have tried. I was pleasantly surprised that it was not just a hint of flavor.I took half the packet as suggested for first time use and within an hour I could feel my energy level increase. I took this in the afternoon as every single day I experience that mid afternoon slump. It definitely helped! Will be buying the full size and trying the electrolytes 🙂

I have used Pruvit in the past but that stuff is expensive! Plus I normally need to add stuff to make it palatable. That's not this case with this! I love the taste! I like strong flavors so I don't add add much water, but you can easily dilute it as much as you need to. I don't struggle to get it all down like I do with the other brand.I mainly use them to supplement my keto diet but have used them after a higher carb day to get back into full ketosis!I just ordered the tub, instead of the packets for value and ease of customization. The packets are handy though!I will note: I've discovered that drinking a full serving in one sitting will give me a headache, but only doing half at a time is fine and makes it last longer!

The flavor is weird for sure. It’s very sweet but has that potassium after taste or like really mineral/vitamin tasting. And it’s tangy. Like if I were to put a bunch of pennies in strawberry lemonade tang not the sour candy tang. I diluted it way more than suggested because it’s very strong. I put one pack in about 27/30 oz of water. It suppresses my appetite but I’m not sure it did much for energy. This is my first time taking exogenous ketones though. I mainly wanted to utilize it for appetite suppression anyway so I suppose it did what it was intended for!

I was so amazed when I mixed this packet of strawberry lemonade exogenous ketones into a bottle of water and took my first taste. Not bitter! What??? How is this possible? I've tried lots of other brands and they were all bitter so you guys must have figured out the perfect ratio of minerals to make this so tasty. Great source of the essential minerals that can be depleted while going into or in and out of ketosis, depending on level of workouts, carb count, refeeding, etc. Nice feeling of increased focus, no jitters, no abdominal distress, just all good and very pleasant. I'm impressed and just ordered a box of 30 packets. I haven't tried the lime sherbet yet but will later today. Thanks for an awesome product!!! Just being able to toss it into my bag makes it so convenient and yes, empowering!
