I took Asensia for 3 months so it had lots of time to work if it was going to be effective. Unfortunately, I did not notice any change in my estrogen dominance issues. As a matter of fact, my perimenopausal symptoms seemed to continue to progress. I had high hopes for this product but it did not work for me.

I've only been using for a couple of days, but I am sleeping much better. I also feel a bit calmer over all. Not sure about the other benefits yet, too soon to tell. I would recommend to anyone suffering from menopausal symptoms.

I purchased this in hopes of improvement in my hair. I took it for 2 months and did not see any improvement in hair. I did, however, experience much milder cramps and PMS symptoms. Since I was looking more for the hair benefits I stopped taking it for a month and my cramps hit me hard that month. So I have continued again taking them for that reason. I'm hopeful I will notice other benefits over time, but not too optimistic.

Excellent product. I went through the change about ten years ago, but recently started getting hot flashes. After taking Asencia the hot flashes disappeared. I wanted to order again , but it no longer was available on Amazon. I highly recommend it.

After taking these for about 2 weeks, I my energy level has returned to normal, and I dropped about 5 lbs. My sleep is still a bit irregular, and am taking a very mild OTC sleeping pill dosage.12/1/2015 Update. I've modified my dosage a bit and don't need to take the 3 pills per day as recommended. 2 pills daily, 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening works well and my sleep is back to normal. When I went to reorder this product, the price has increased from $39 to $79.99 per bottle, and I won't be purchasing Asensia at this price. Darn it! I am switching brands and hoping for similar results.

Brought this for my wife because she had her period for over a month. As soon as she took it, the menstrual cycle return to normal within a few day. I notice some change in energy. She have more energy then before. Her hair start to stop fallen out. She took it for about 4 month now and the new hair that growing out of her head look a lot stronger and smoother too. One thing I have to warn people is they make your body hair grow. Which mean you will see tiny clear white hair growing on your arm. Give it to a friend with the same problem and she love it. She suffer from extreme hair lost result from low hormones. With this product, it help her keep what little hair she got from falling off. It does not help you regrow your hair on your head. Just help keep it from falling off.

It's the best pill to have when your going through Hot Flashes.
