When I opened the box, which had a big hole in it, I saw the slide board was off track. The slide board was on, on one side, but lifted up above the screw on the other side. It was totally jammed on the track. I thought about returning it, but did not want the hassle of it as it was affordable and worth tryin to fix myself. Me and my son decided to take it apart and try to figure out how to put it on track with no instruction for doing this because it was partially assembled this way. We had to do it several times to get it right which was a lot of work and almost lost our fingers a few times. I found it very dangerous to work with. It was hell doing this to fix what was faulty manufacturing from the company. It took several hours to get it working right. It is very affordable compared to Total Gym and seems much like it. Once I got it together, I found I do like it very much and most of the parts are there, except there were 2 wrenches that did not fit the bolts at all. Both wrenches were much bigger than the bolts. I had to use 2 pliers to repair it and put it together. So, for the price it is very good. How it came was bad as I had to undo and redo the put together slide board because it was elevated off track on one side and jammed. It is difficult to adjust the height, but I read Weider's is hard too. So for an affordable piece of equipment and to stretch out your back, work out, etc. it is perfect. But, it was hell to fix it. I think it is in the wrong category or it would sell more because it is very much like Total Gym and Weider. It is smaller then those and this is better for a woman or smaller man up to 6 feet and maybe 185 lbs. I would say. If it came with the track on, I would have given 5 stars. I do not know if they all come this way or not. I do like it and hope it lasts as it serves its purpose, esp. for an upper back work out that is hard to get to with basic equipment.

This product works great. I use it in conjunction with resistance bands. It’s a good quality machine and fraction of the cost of its competitor (total gym). Recommended

Excellent machinery. Go out an good one. It does what it says...

Product would not function or even open properly right out of the box. Quality was not there. Seller was good with taking back the product and issuing a refund.
