I have been following a diet and exercise program for a few months now but have found it difficult to shift the last few kg’s to get down to my target weight. Arrived on time, seems good quality. I was a little sceptical about using a product like this or if they even work but I look at it as a supplement and I am using it in conjunction with an improved diet and increased exercise. I am optimistic that if I do all the above I will get to where I want to be weight wise.
