Most of the parts of this set is great. The one piece that is questionable is the soap dispenser. I don't originally remember how I filled this unit, but when using it the other morning, I noticed that the metal dispenser on top toggles back and forth. So when I pulled the unit out, I could see where the metal dispenser had come "unglued" from the marble storage unit because there was residual glue on the marble where the dispenser attached (although it has a plastic liner inside the marble the holds the liquid soap). I'm sure I can reapply some glue to reattach the two units - but I wish this would have not happened so quickly (think I've only had it 3-4 months). My only fear of gluing it is that the metal lip that attaches to the marble and the rest of the dispenser handle are so close - that if the glue "oozes" out too much, it make connect the entire dispenser and not allow it to be unscrewed to add additional liquid soap into the plastic inner liner. I believe it is out of the return policy timeframe - so I'm torn between leaving it "as is" and allow the push handle to slightly toggle, or to try and reattach it to the base and run the risk of not being able to add liquid in the future.

I will be honest the picture on Amazon is actually cheaper looking than what it looks like in real life. When I looked at the picture I thought that there would be unfinished edges but when I got it in real life it is not like that. I only got it on Amazon because I knew I could return it if it's not what I thought it would be. Lucky for me it actually ended up being a very nice set that made my bathroom look very elegant.. Marbles speak for itself and they do a good job. The one thing I would say is I wish they also had a Square tissue holder and a wastebasket to include in the set as Then I would not be searching for it elsewhere

I really do like the product so far.I am super concerned that it is not really what it claims to be. on the corner it looks like part of the patterned front is coming off as though it is a "Sticker" of some kind rather than an actual "stone" structure.But we will see what happens. I have only had them for a couple of weeks.

I bought this item by chance hoping that everything would work out since there wasn't any prior reviews. I recieved this item on time however i requested a replacement. The 1st order i recieved wasn't the color pictured. It was way more neutral toned and the soap pump on the dispenser was broken. i received my replacement today and it's worse. Dispenser pump still broken and the color is NOWHERE close to whats pictured. I almost mistook it for camo. I mixed and matched to find the better items of the two sets and will be returning the left over. i also glued the pump onto the dispenser but i wont be able to make use of it as im not able to put any soap in it now. Very disappointed. No surprise that this item is now unavailable.

Generally as expected but the soap dispenser is dispensing my white Soft Soap orange/brown from rust inside the dispenser. Seems the outside is chromed but the inside is just unprotected steel!I expect that colors vary but mine were very close to dark gray in color - just a slight green tint under bright light.
