NICE, but!?
If you work out more then 4 days a week or eat 6 portion meals a day this is not the journal for you, not enough room for everything. This journal has room for 3 meals and a page to note workouts with no so many excersises. It is nicely put together and would reccommend for anyone just starting ther workout journey.

A Good Fitness Tool
I settled on this journal after viewing others on Amazon.com. It fits the bill, by listing meals and snacks, as well as exercise, on a daily basis. In fact, a dietitian and a personal trainer who I know both suggest listing foods consumed and exercises performed each day to assist along the way to personal fitness. This journal is just the thing!

Made good use of the book
I looked through sooo many of these workout diary's on Amazon and found this one suits me best. It has large enough spaces to write in and keep me on track with meals and exercise.

it's a great little journal
Wish it was a tad bigger, but with small enough handwriting, it's a great little journal. Wish there was more blank space but that's not a big deal.

Helpful Workout Log
The size in convenient and it's nice that it doesn't have a heavy plastic binding like my previous book. I like the food journal on the same page. However there are some things that I'd change. There's a section at bottom for summary of week. This doesn't make sense to me as each page is for one day. Maybe the designer was thinking that on last day of week you need to do a summary? I'd rather have all that space for exercises so I could fit more than one workout on a page (two different days). Also, there's a place for sets and reps but not weight... I created a work around but still I assume others would like to reference weight they used.

Love this workout journal and food tracker
Love this workout journal and food tracker. It's really easy to jot down which workouts I do everyday, and what I eat. In the notes column beside each day, I always record my total calories and then how many calories I went over or under my target calories for the day. I wish there was a little more room in the food section just so I can be a little more detailed on what I eat. I also tally up the total intake of calories at the end of the week and then the amount of calories burned in my workouts. That way I can see if I really should have lost any weight.
