I ordered this alongside Vital Proteins Coconut Collagen Creamer to compare the two because I want to make collagen a staple in my routine and love coconut.Price: Promix: $29.99 for 16oz. Vital Proteins: $29.00 for 10.3ozTaste: Promix: nice coconut flavor, and no aftertaste. Vital: Also coconut flavor but odd, stale like aftertaste, not sure if it is the coconut or the collagen they use.Nutrition: A little hard to compare because Promix has a larger serving size. Promix does contain prebiotics which I don’t see on Vital and gives more clear indication on the MCT content. Both appear equal in protein content if the serving size was the same.Winner: Promix. Significantly better price and slightly better price. I also asked them a question about my order and they were quick to reply.My favorite use is in smoothies and coffee in the morning.

So, before switching to ProMix I emailed the company to ask. I received a reply and was beyond stoked on the info. They know their sources and control the process. I am giving this two stars for now because I just received it in the mail, and it appears to be a different container than pictured on both Amazon and the Promix Nutrition site. The container I received is a white container with silver trim and words. I cannot tell if it is the real deal? Also, the container is dirty. Is there a way to make sure this is not fake? Will report back on the actual product after I find out.

I didn’t like the flavor of this. I love love love coconut but this just seemed fake to me. I wanted to love it but just wasn’t for me.

Is great to mix in with coffee in the morning before teaching fitness classes--gives me a little energy without feeling full, I don't always feel like eating/not super hungry in the morning so this is a nice way to get a little something to get me through.

I mix this in my coffee and it tastes fine to me. I have no idea if the supposed health/beauty benefits will be realized, but it doesn't seem to hurt anything.
