I took a gamble on this product because I wanted the versatility of a 360 hinge added to protecting my iPad. That little hinge never let me down and was always tight, supportive at any degree or angle. After 6 months something wasn’t properly connecting internally so I contacted GreenLaw and they helped me immediately with support and a replacement within the week. They have great customer communication and service. Take a gamble on GreenLaw, I did and they don’t disappoint!UPDATE: Nov.21The replacement they sent would not connect with Bluetooth. Given the problems I had with the first keyboard (which worked GREAT for 6 months but then suddenly also stopped connecting with my iPad - something wrong with the power switch?) I’d say they have some homework to do with regards to the circuitry of these cases.Customer service on this second case took several days to hear back and now they just wrote and offered a full refund. I really need a good functioning keyboard case like this so I just ordered from a diff company.UPDATE: Nov.25Greenlaw has continued to correspond, trying to solve the replacement keyboard probs but it was a faulty unit, apparently. They offered to help, to replace, to refund...good customer service communication and offering real answers. Much appreciated. I ended up opting for the refund because I use my ipad quite intensively for work so I had to buy from another company on Prime Next-Day. However, I cannot say anything bad about Greenlaw because they did their best to help me solve the problem and to replace and refund. In this sense, I have no regrets about the company and can recommend them. I loved the 1st keyboard and the internal circuitry is being adjusted as a result of their good customer service.

I'm an Apple gal; iPhone, iPad, MacBookPro. Because of my very bad knees, I find my MacBookPro, that only weighs3 lbs., becomes too heavy and hot on my legs. Although I prefer it to my iPad, I decided to try a keyboard case for my iPad. I researched the 10 Best Keyboard Cases and read all the reviews. Several people said the case made the iPad too heavy. That worried me but I was desperate so I ordered it.1. Package arrived just as promised2. It was easy to put the iPad in the case.3. Also easy to remove it once I read the directions. Using those credit cards for leverage works perfectly.4. Charging was painless.5. Now the tricky one: Bluetooth pairing. I couldn't figure out how to pair it so I called Apple. Their genius worked with me until we figured it out together. NOW, if I had carefully read the instructions, I could have done it myself. It's not hard. Be sure you go to Settings>Bluetooth>Devices. If it says "Not Connected" then push FN +C (has a symbol on it). That should do it.6. The keyboard is brilliant. It's a tad smaller than my laptop and there are a few keys to get used to, but I already love it.7. I love the way I can transfer from screen to keyboard seamlessly.8. I do NOT find it heavy. That was a concern, but I disagree with the other comments. I think it's about 2.5 lbs, almost like my laptop but perhaps because it's a smaller surface and doesn't heat up, it's very preferable.9. This is brand new, so once I've used it a bit, I'll put in an update. Right now I have no complaints.Update 4/29/2020I’ve had this four months and I love it even more.1. Swivel: Some complained the swivel was poor quality. On the contrary, I use it all the time and it works perfectly. I’m careful how I turn it and never do it fast. I just respect its construction so I have no issues with it.2. Charging: I use this every day and have only charged it twice, the second time last night. Before the virus shut down most travel, I travelled weekly and used it on long flights without any problems.3. Customer service: I haven’t needed them, but they’ve been in touch a few times to see if I’m still happy. I am!If, like me, you are doing your research and a little confused, this is the product I recommend. It does all it promises very efficiently.I would definitely buy it again.

I liked the sleekness and style. However, the case was just a tad bit too small for my iPad. So, I didn’t get the opportunity to see all the functions or how will it worked or didn’t.

Product works very well and IPad fits snug in this case. The case allows me to use my IPad like a small laptop.

I bought this case in October of 2018 for my daughter who is about to be 13. She uses her ipad for both recreation and school. Needless to say she uses it daily and it is so nice to have the screen stand like a mini laptop. Also the keys being lit is a super plus when you are working in a dark area. Toward January, the spring that allows the screen to rotate became loose and no longer allowed the screen to stay upright. Since my daughter is 13, I would imagine she is not as gentle with it as an adult would be. I e-mailed the company and provided a video of the defect. They immediately sent me a replacement and were very responsive. I would recommend this product and the company that makes it. Great Experience!

My first Ipad I used the Belkin Ultimate keyboard/case that was like $95, this one cost far less and does a LOT more. I purchased for my new iPad 2 and so far, love it. Well made. Keys have great feel and are backlit with various colors and brightness. Super easy to par with the iPad (took like 5 seconds). Lots of viewing angles when used like a 'laptop'. The charging cord is of high quality. Click one key, the iPad wakes up, don't use for 30 seconds, the backlight automatically goes off. There is also a setting for no backlighting but unless there's a serious need to conserve power, I'm keeping it on. But nice you have this option. I couldn't be happier with this product and it's vastly nicer and more functional than the Belkin, cost less. Win/win.

The fit and finish is good, and I like that you can position the screen any way you want to. However, the keyboard is useless. It just will not maintain a connection. By far the worst bluetooth device I have owned.
