The strips are easy to use. They more or less instantly melt in the mouth, releasing 2mg nicotine (equivalent) in just a few seconds. Compared with nicotine gums, these are more practical. Nicotine gums have practical inconveniences like having to placing them between the gums and cheek, disposing it off discretely, attracting unwelcome attention, etc.The biggest disadvantage of nicotine strips, as I have perceived, is that for a regular smoker, the release of just 2mg of nicotine might be insufficient. I checked with the supplier and found that strips with 4mg potency are not available. Incidentally, I learn that nicotine replacement products with only 2mg nicotine potency are available on online sites. Those with 4mg potency technically need a medical prescription and are available only at chemists.Nicotine gums, for all their practical disadvantages, release nicotine gradually. This helps the smoker to contain the urge for a longer period of time. I find that a 2mg strip does kill the urge, but not for as long as a gum would have.All the same, with regular usage of these strips over a period of time (say two months), you will definitely find your dependency on cigarettes coming down considerably.

Product is good. It was a much needed replacement for nicotine gums and fills the void of non-availability of nicorrette mist like products. However the product does not have 4mg variant and is available only in 2mg variant. The other big problem I noticed was too much packaging. Each of the sheet is packed in individual sachet which I feel is using too much plastic. Also opening each sachet is time consuming, bring the unnecessary attention of other people and requires searching for place to dispose the plastic.Good point is it can be easily consumed in office, classes and other non-smoking zones. I am now comparing it with nixit lozenges and will update this review.

Delivered today (20 Oct 19) only and the manufacturing date is of March 2018 with expiry date of Feb 2020. Means only four months from now for this to get useless.Will update my review once I'll test it in all the way possible.

Good and we'll thought product. But does not work as intended.

Very convenient. Strip is simple and easy to use. Need to take care when using. Just keep it at the tip of the tongue and it will get stuck to the top on the palate and will dissolve slowly. Can produce some hiccups and throat irritation.Helps to get over the smoke-nicotine withdrawal. At the end it is all in the mind. If you are strong these are helpful tools. Making your mind about quitting smoking is most important. The product is good.Packing good. Delivered next day
