This product arrived with zero cacti despite its description as an assortment of succulents and cactus. Additionally, a few were completely molded over. The ones that aren't moldy are fine, and it was packed well.

Assorted Succulent Tray - 2.5" - 32 Pack To put things into perspective, I am a succulent lover and order succulents online. So I am comparing this product to others I have received.The quality of the plants is EXCELLENT! They are bigger than others I have received in similar sized pots. They look healthier and happier ;-)The variety in this tray is great! Often when you order an "assortment" you get so many repeats of all similar looking succulents. No complaints here, a fun variety of visually different plants, textures and shapes. I love it!I am so impressed by the boxing. You always have to expect some small damage to occur when you ship plants but they grow out of that. But the packaging was outstanding and the succulents arrived in perfect condition. The 32 pack I ordered, came in a plastic tray. So the pots were safely wedged into the tray. Then they put a rim of brown paper around the tray to wrap the outer edges of the plants and then wrapped the entire tray in plastic (with tiny breathing holes). Getting the tray out of the box was easy too, they had a "lifter" with handles, so I could just lift the tray out of the box without damaging the plants. I thought this was so cool I took photos of it. I also think the 18 packs come this way.Oh, and it came with a cute card. Like getting a gift for yourself :-)The plants look big and happy. I am too! I certainly got my money's worth!

I was so excited to open my Packages, and then when I did the contents were spilled all in the inside of the plastic wrapping. Despite warnings on the box that contents were fragile and needed to be kept upright, it is obvious that during shipping it was tossed around end over end. Very disappointed. I will update with pics when I can get them and with more information when I can actually get the interior packages open.

The plants arrived on time and in very good packaging. they are all in good shapes, beautiful varieties, and healthy plants as described from the seller. I am very pleased and will order again in the future.
