Will last 2-3 years
This is our second one, the first one survived for almost 3 years before the bottom rusted out and the cover fell apart. At this price, still a good deal - the advertisement that it was "copper" is a flat out lie, it has been copper color painted and is normal (rusting) steel below it.

This is not a full copper fire pit. It will rust through and only last a year and a half. DO NOT BUY
I bought this fire pit in June 2018 because it was advertised as copper, and copper fire pits do not rust. It is not fully copper, because after a year the bowl is rusting through and chunks of metal are coming off. My neighbor has a copper fire pit and it's lasted 20 years. This has only lasted a year and a half. This is a false advertisement of it being pure copper. Now I have to find a fully copper fire pit. Will never buy again.

Piece of JUNK - not real copper - fell apart after 2 years!
The fire dome melted and fell apart within 3 months. The unit SMELLED like horrible chemicals through the first several fires. After 2 years, the pit collapsed while burning. It's not copper and basically a useless piece of garbage. Don't buy it!!

Decided to splash out on a better quality firepit, after years of buying cheap ones that disintegrate after a few fires etc. Very impressed so far ;fast delivery , easy to assemble and it is very sturdy . It is exactly as described and if we look after it hopefully will have a few years of use . Very happy customer

very poor quality lid see attached photo
very disappointed that the lid on our fire pit is breaking up after only being used on 5 occasions burning logs, rest of fire pit is ok but wire mesh on lid is now breaking up with each use. For the money paid I would have expected a more robust and longer lasting unit.

Colour changing
Very disappointed in this ... after only being used twice the colour is now silver and not the beautiful copper
