Terribly Designed Product
The media could not be loaded. Terribly Designed Product.1. The lid has no hole for the steam to escape. This causes the water to bubble up and drip on the countertop. It also makes a noise as the lid keeps moving.2. The stainless steel pots have no measurements on the inside to indicate water levels.Rice cookers are not very complicated appliances. They're supposed to make it easy for customers to multi-task. This product does not do that at all.Extremely unhappy with Amazon's "replacement only" policy. I do not want this product and I do not recommend wasting your money on this item.

Super quality with double steel bowls ....awesome product
This is annamazing product. I have been looking for stainless steel container in an electric cooker since many years and that too one litre capacity. Finally found, and tried . Its s too good perfect. Having two bowls saves my time and Hassel free. Also aluminium is a heavy metal should be avoided it's usage in kitchen .Finally I replaced it. Thank you Pigeon for launching this product in one litre too. Kindly launch smaller size too.Most economical and sturdy good quality.

This is worst product. Stopped working with in a month and amazon service as well as stove craft service response is pathetic . Do not even think of buying this product at all..It's low quality and doesn't work after 5 to 6 times usage. Not recommended

The worst product I have had from the Amazon.
I purchase the product in December manual. Some problems I used in this product in March. Suddenly, the product is not getting started and it’s not working. I tried to contact with the Amazon but they don’t have any solution and I try to connect with the customer care they really bad servicing and service centre is really worst. And Amazon selling this type of products, really hats off. And I am from Mumbai guys. I am getting this type of servicing friends.

Problem with the tripping from cooking mode to warm mode
Making rice in stainless steel rice cooker is good for health but when i am using this product its keep on going to warm mode from cooking mode which is leading to get focused on cooking process just like cooking on stove, so pls find out the solution for it. If this problem wouldn't have been facing i should have given 5 strat rating to this product
