Got this set of pans because they seem to mimic another certain very popular style of non-stick pan. Out of the box, I was immediately put off by the mis-spelled label. This is not a very confidence inspiring thing to see when you unbox a set of $100+ pans.Out of the box, some assembly is required, however it is very easy, and only takes about 5 minutes. The instructions also have misspelled words on them, again, great. Inside, it recommends you "season" them, by filling with water and bringing to a boil. I did this with all three pans, and I thought it was not such a bad idea to help clean them and get any manufacturing residue off them. After boiling, washed them up with soap and water.These pans heat evenly, and are VERY nonstick and quite hydrophobic. I've cooked a number of things in them, eggs, meat, etc, and it all cooks quite well. These pans are quire light, and the handles are comfortable to hold. Underneath, the brushed stainless finish does scratch quite easily, but that doesn't really matter. We use these on our gas stove, and overall, the performance has been great.Pans from smaller companies like these somewhat make me double-think when I'm using them, as I worry about chemicals and questionable manufacturing standards. However, these seem to be made quite well, and I'm going to keep using them until they wear out.

This frying pan is so nice! The bottom is plated to heat evenly. It's the perfect size and you can even put in the oven to bake!

I recently purchased this frying pan set and they are the best pans I own! The honeycomb nonstick coating is great for cooking and makes cleanup a breeze. When I make a fried egg it doesn't stick to the pan either. It slides right off and when I cook chicken, it browns the chicken so well. Better than the other pans I own! Another plus is that the pans are induction compatible, which is a great feature since I have an induction plate that I also use. I was shocked that I had to put the handles on them myself and was a bit concerned if they would stay on or come loose but so far so good! These pans are worth every penny and I am super happy with them!

I really can't make an honest review of this item. I took one feel of the bottom of the pan and decided it was too textured feeling to be a true non stick pan. I mean, maybe it is. But if it is not smooth to begin with, I'm already thinking it's going to be a problem. So back it went. Maybe I should have given it more of a chance but I just didn't feel like dealing with another low quality purchase. I'm so tired of false advertising. I guess you can say I'm a little tainted.

I have another one with the honeycomb coating that slightly bigger.So when saw this I had to order.It’s my favorite along with my bigger one.I love this one has a lid. Several pans I have don’t and it’s a plus when cook a lot.I use this almost daily. It’s been great for eggs, sausage, chicken, sautéing veggies.Handle is easy to assemble.I only wash by hand. Easy to clean.Love having nice new pan. I cook so much and last set I bought was just ok. Will definitely use for hopefully years to come. Great pan.

A heavy set of frying pans. These are of good quality, there is no branding on the bottom or anywhere. Call me old fashioned, but I think they should have come already assembled, especially considering the price tag. Having the lids put together would have been nice, especially if you are an elderly person. Now that I have them together, I also personally think the glass lid knobs could be aesthetically a size smaller.I decided to order these because they are oven proof. But I am disappointed they do not have a handle on both sides to remove them from the oven, and these pans get very hot--so maybe not very safe or practical for oven use.Wow do these heat up fast! They get very hot even on low heat settings. I don't know how they will be for sauteing, which usually does require oils. Maybe keep on a very low heat setting as even a small amount of oil spatters. Generally you will not need to add much oil with these pans, they do not stick. I fried some polenta sticks at a much lower heat setting than I usually use. I like this set for the most part--I will just have to get used to cooking at different then my usual heat settings.
