I really struggle with a noisy office, these are a brilliant help to cut out noise. When I need to really focus and cut the noise out, I use my phone headset on one side and ear plug in the other and it's brilliant! Really helpful for focusing in meetings. Nice and comfy for not a bad price

According to my wife (who is a light sleeper) I snore like a train - I have taken steps to minimise this with a mouth-guard and chin strap which have helped, but not completely eliminated the noise.Consequently she tends to keep a pair of ear plugs at her bedside, usually the expanding foam type which she doesn’t really find very comfortable. I ordered these from VPMeetx for her to try as an alternative.The ear plugs are delivered in a handy carry case - useful when we go travelling. There are three different sized soft silicon ear-tips, so she has been able to achieve a perfect fit; she finds these more comfortable than the foam type as a result. As she’s a side sleeper I wondered whether the rings which sit in the outer ear would be uncomfortable, but in fact these are fine and make removal in the morning easy.

I used these at a recent concert that I went to with my daughter and they were a god send! The music was great but the bass was too loud for me so I popped these in and actually got to enjoy the music without the usual ear ringing deafness. I don’t have a problem with noise when sleeping so can’t offer any experience on that but they were comfortable enough to wear for the concert so I am happy to use them again in similar situations. They came in a handy box so once I had finished with them I could store them away and not have to put them in my pocket to get dirty.

Inexpensive and just as effective as the big name brands that sell for over three times the price. There are three different sized heads that go into your ear canal and they push on and pull off to change them. To be honest, when you get the right size, you should never need to change them again, which is just as well as I imagine frequent removal might make them start to come loose too easily. They block out a good deal of sound and don't fall out in the night, which is the main problem with lots of ear plugs, especailly the foam ones. Even for a side sleeper like me, they stayed put and were nice and soft and comfortable to wear.

I got these to drown out snoring partners they work great they are comfortable to wear it comes with a little carry case and two sets of replacement ear buds. They are great on the go can take anywhere, They helped me to sleep peacefully and block out the noise
