ok I haven’t taken this on a flight yet but I can already tell it’s going to be a huge changer in sleep and comfort. the pillow is firm and has good neck support you don’t have to crunch over like you do with usual neck pillows. The travel bad is compact and convenient. I gave 4 stars because the smell is strange it’s like a fake coco smell and I think I can fix it but I don’t like it.

I hesitated a while before making this purchase because of the price but decided to go ahead and give it a try. So glad I did. This neck pillow is fantastic. It’s big, has lots of padding and supports my neck very well. Prevents my head from bobbing up and down. I have not flown with it yet but have taken it on several road trips and it’s a game changer. As a passenger I tend to get very drowsy on long drives and find that once I put this on I fall asleep fast and wake up without the dreaded stiff neck. I’ve tried other cheaper versions and nothing compares. Such a good value for the money in my opinion.

The hugs ‘idea’ is wonderful, but the execution of the product lacking! The fabric is rough, and rubs against my ears and neck making it irritating to wear. Had the fabric been soft and smooth, it would have been wonderful! Suggest making it with a removable soft fleece casing to avoid the irritation.

I originally wrote a bad review about the neck pillow, however after using it longer and figuring out how to adjust it properly, I went from Bali to the United States with no problems. My neck does not hurt at all. If you find that the pillow is not comfortable at first, just give it another opportunity and you may find that is exactly what you needed.

I heard about this on a facebook ad, and it actually does live up to the hype. I CAN sleep on flights and it works great if you ever get a whole row to lay down in on the plane, you can use it like a pillow and sleep on your side with your headphones in the center hole. If sitting upright, you can sleep and your neck wont hurt. This is a go to along with the inflatable seat cushion. Sometimes the facebook ads are right. I won't travel without this pillow.
