Perfect for Pole!
As a pole dancer, I'm constantly needing to dry my hands to aid in my grip and this product gets the job done! Be careful not to apply too much, or it can flake on the pole and make it more difficult to execute spins - a 1/4 to 1/2 a dime size typically does the trick.

This is my go to grip product for pole class. I go through the stuff like water so having a three pack is great, but having 2oz bottles is the best!
