Loud and good tone
These are awesome speakers for the price. Used them in my boat all summer and fall at loud volumes and they never blew so seam to be of good quality. For the price i would recommend them to anyone.

Great Boat Speaker
I bought these marine speakers as replacements for my pontoon. Many features I like: a) Excellent instructions, b) Template for cutting the mounting hole and screws, c) Wiring cable with terminals to mate with the speaker, d) 400 Watt rating vs. my original 60 Watt, e) Gasket for the mounting hole, and f) Attractive appearance. My only miscue was taking the template to literally - the speaker slits are at a 45 deg angle vs. horizontal. Easy fix. I have not powered them up yet, but will be awesome compared to my old.
