This product is legit. I’m 5’11 and 280. Normally I wear a 3xl shirt and have comfort room in it. So I bought a 2xl. It was tight enough to eliminate the MOOBS. but not suffocating. Also one of the best feature of this is it’s length. I bought this specifically to wearing under a white shirt for a wedding. Couldn’t see it and was long enough it didn’t ride up at all any part of the night. Pullled down taught, it covered my butt. Very impressed with it. Especially for the price. No more man boobs... I'm 6'3, 200 - people say "you're so skinny" yet the little fat I do have is awkwardly placed in my mind. I ordered MEDIUM, I wear large t-shirts and 34 waist pants. NOTE! STEP INTO IT!! Do NOT try putting it on over your head, you'll get yourself stuck. When you take it off, PULL DOWN TO YOUR FEET AND STEP OUT. When I was 185 pounds, I wore this in a small. Hello fellow Amazon shoppers! I got my shirt today and I really like it.So much that I needed to write a review asap.Let me first say that stepping into it as other reviewers have stated is the way to do it right.It is tight so pay attention to what you're doing.If you have fingernails they very well could cause the shirt to possibly tear a bit so be careful.I had no problem donning the shirt with the step into method and just like,no more man boob.Lol,I actually look pretty flat chested as apposed to how I looked before putting it on.I am 6ft. tall and about 315-320lbs of American male.Yes,I'm a fat guy but most people say I carry it well.I do not put stock into what others think about me but I have a hernia and wanted a bit of support instead of a crushing girdle.This is just what I wanted and I'm very happy with the result.I will be ordering another but one size smaller to see if I can get just a touch more compression.I would highly recommend this garment to anyone looking to feel a bit slimmer and reduce the man boobs most definitely. I will update when I get the one size smaller but for now this is a 5 star investment.

Recommend for anyone who has loss a lot of weight. Over the year I've manage to go from ~280lbs to ~195lbs. This product works well with putting the loose skin in a tight firm place which makes you look much better. The first time i wore it out, i received lots of complements from close family and friends on how i looked. I now wear it when i work out and it seems to help a lot with the placement of my lose skin, not to mention the back support and my overall posture. I was able to fit into a Large just fine (195lbs, 6FT0IN, 34-36Waist, L-XL Shirts). It will be a tight fit but comfortable, and you do need to step into this shirt and pull it up.

As a guy who is around 5'9 with a bit of few pounds on me (265 lbs), I must say that the extra large fit me just right, it does look small at glance and a bit tricky to put on, but once you get it on you, your body gets used to it, it feels nice to wear after a while, so I highly recommend this product to those who want to use it while doing exercises, at work with decent climate or just being outside doing your normal daily activities. This product is a must buy and remember to wash this as delicate in cold or warm water and let it dry itself without using the dryer machine, so cheers and lets all burn some calories guys!

alright so I ordered it in a medium and at the time I was a large-x-large(depending on the brand) but have since lost about 40lbs and I am now a medium. that being said I ordered another medium just because the one I have is a little stretched out but it really does help shape the body. I had man boobs and a beer belly and my doctor told me id have to have my chest operated on to make it normal again. She was obviously wrong I wore this everyday under my work clothes and I also bought a compression body shaper for working out. I was consistent only giving myself a break on weekends when id lounge around the house. I am now a size 32 waist with no love handles, a small stomach (just started doing more ab workouts), and an almost normal chest. This product has helped me so much its given me confidence and really helped my body reshape itself.

Does exactly what it's advertised to, it's slims you down at least a shirt size and squeezes down any man tits.Most reviewers are saying order a size smaller than your normal shirt size but you could probably get away with 2 sizes down depending on body type and your comfort level or experience with wearing normal compression gear. The material has a lot of give and stretch built in unlike traditional sports compression gear. I'll be going a size smaller next order.

Works as it should, but I would advise anyone who is buying something like this to look slimmer to get something with short sleeves. The shoulder straps are pretty visible, as stuff squeezes out and around that you wish wasn’t there.

Yes it’s compression, but it doesn’t even go on. I’m not super obese, just a little overweight and other compression shirts actually fit on me and then do their job. This one is just super small and pretends to compress stuff. I nearly dislocated my shoulder trying to put it on!

Fit so tight it literally left blood vessel breaks under my arms. I don't have a lot of upper body fat, its mostly belly so there is no reason this should have been painfully tight in the chest and underarms. Returned and will not buy again.

Fast shipping. Depends what are you needs. If every day needs buy size you are. If it’s for temporary needs like a 1/2 day then buy the size that you want to fit in not the size you actually are

It’s not a girdle but acts like one. Normally wear large US size but needed to get the XL. So I’d recommend if purchasing go up one size from what you normally wear.
