Seemed decently built, the plastic and the finish. The first one made clicking noises on the very first plugging in and charging, and subsequently didn't. Charging speeds seemed as promised. Had it replaced due to the ominous start sound. The replacement had some inconsistent plastic moulding on the portion where the grey part meets the black. Felt bad returning this cute charger :)

Excellent charger but the cable supplied with it , does not meet the fast charging requirements. Get a good 5 amp charging cable and bring out the best of this charger. I have tested this on my Samsung devices and have got excellent results. Supports "Super Fast Charging 2.0" for Samsung devices... that a max. of 45W charging.

Bought this product recently initial thoughts are possible the adaptor is light weight and the data cable also feels good quality but there is a catchYoua have to claim the Warranty from the tukzer website but when you try to open it chrome will show that the website is riskI used vpn to open the Website and claim the warranty i personally don't think they will give good quality after sales service.

Product stopped working within a month.I am extremely disappointed with the after-sales service for this product. It has been almost a month since I raised an issue, and the experience has been frustrating from start to finish.Key Issues:1. No Timely Resolution: Warranty issues should ideally be resolved within a week or 10 days, but this company has no clear timelines or urgency in its processes.2. Inconvenient Proof Requirements: They require proof of a defective product, but how is a customer supposed to demonstrate that a non-functional product doesn’t work?3. No Pickup Service: Unlike most companies that offer pickup and delivery services, this company expects customers to arrange and pay for the delivery of the product to their service centre, which is completely unreasonable given their limited service centre network.4. Poor Communication: There is no contact number provided, and email responses are slow and require multiple follow-ups from the customer to receive even a single reply.5. Lack of Proactive Updates: Customers have to chase after updates, whereas most reputable brands inform customers proactively.It feels like they are unprepared to handle warranty claims, making the warranty almost meaningless. If they want to sustain in the market, they need to improve their product quality and, most importantly, their customer service. I would not recommend this product unless you’re willing to deal with constant follow-ups and poor service in case of issues.
