Great for men and woman
My mum is partially incontinent and wears these all the time. They seem to hold everything in, making mornings for mum very easy. They are great; it also saves on having to change and wash laudry due to overnight leaks

Unisex Adult Inco Pants.
Very soft but extremely stretchy and don't absorb quite as much as made out, infact when tacking them off they tend to start leaking. Also no visable markings as to which is the front and which is the back and not even mentioned on the packaging.
