I've used it twice and so far, I love it. The tea pot works well on my glass top electric stove. The handle gets a little warm but not too hot to hold. The cup stays cool to the touch but holds two sips of tea. Cute but not functional. The bamboo tray looks like painted popsicle sticks glued together. The infuser does great at holding my rose tea, which is very fine and usually goes through every other infuser I've tried. Very pleased. The pot has a wide mouth that makes it very easy to clean and the infuser can be cleaned with a toothbrush or bottle cleaner. I have not tried the dishwasher.When I opened the box, one of the cups was broken. I contacted Amazon and they said I could mail the whole thing back and get a replacement or full refund. OR I could opt for a 25% refund. I chose the partial refund. I contacted the seller to ask if they sell the cups separately since mine arrived broken. They apologized for the mishandling and said they would mail me a whole new set! I got it the next day and this time the teapot was broken AND one of the cups. So I got my replacement cup and a bonus infuser.

Arrived without the bamboo mat or the cups, which is why I chose this item over others. I was refunded seven dollars, but at the time would have preferred the pieces.I've run it through the dishwasher with no problems. Small and cute.

It arrived with one of the tiny cups cracked and the tea pot itself cracked. In a small spot. I'm scared to use it so hopefully I can return it and get a replacement. It's cute but the cups are so tiny.

I Just received it yesterday. The teapot is bigger than I thought and very easy to rinse. Also the bamboo makes the overall look great and you wont be afraid the bottom of pot is too hot to the table. Lastly, I recommend their customer services. They are so friendly and helpful! I will continue shopping their products for sure :)

Love this tea pot. I'm a stove top user. It fit perfectly on my stove, and the tray makes it easy to place anywhere. The strainer works great no pieces of loose tea ended uo in my pot, very important to me.

This arrived at my door completely broken and shattered which is a shame because I was really looking forward to using it.
