The reason why all of the reviews on this product our five-star is because this is a five star product. It took me longer to drill the mounting holes then it did to set up the doorbell. The thing I like the most about it is you have control over nearly everything. There's even streaming video. And I honestly can't think of anything that I don't like about it. If you're looking for a video doorbell I could not recommend this one higher. If I could give it 10 stars I would. And yes I have experience with the competition. This one blows all the others out of the water.

This is an honest review, The camera was pretty easy to set up, but the instructions don't give any guidance for installing at the door. The hardware was okay to mount but it comes with a tiny security screw to secure cover, finally figured you only use fingers to mount the screw and not tight as you need to change batteries over time. The ToSee app works good for me on my LG4 phone. It's not perfect for sure, but for the money I happy with it so far. Being simple to set up is main thing I like and how the batteries last remains to be seen. I like the fact you don't need a cloud account to use it. When I first ordered it there was about 9 5 star reviews, but now only see 2 not counting the one I make today.

The batteries wear out within 24 hours and then you gotta recharge em. Never ever again buy this one

I like the ease of install and quality of the video. The only drawback is the lack of sensitivity adjustment. I am sure there is a way of doing this but when I try the motion sensitivity control adjustment the only way I can eliminate false rings is to turn it off. If I cannot eliminate false rings I will return it. Cannot find customer support

First of all we keep getting error messages at night time and we would not able to see anything at all during the night time. We connected the doorbell to the electricity of the house and it did not work. The sensitivity of the camera was too much, we tried changing the settings but it was still the same, sending false alerts to the phone. We purchase the batteries that were recommended but the batteries do not last long at all. Once the batteries are low the doorbell will not work. There were times people came to our door and it did not record or sent an alert. Very disappointed.

I can't get it to connect to my WiFi any suggestions?
