Best protien supplement I've found
I love this. It keeps my craving down. I blend with fair life 2% lactose free fat free milk, half a banana and lots of ice. This makes the best shake and it fills you up. With the vanilla one I use blueberries or strawberries and with the chocolate I use half a banana. So good.

Very rich chocolate flavor.
The chocolate flavor is very good. I did use less than called for because it was so rich. It was a little hard to mix it up smooth in milk. I started mixing it into some cold water. It mixed up very well. Then I added the milk and finished stirring. Turned out real well.

The flavor is chocolate, but is not very rich. You can taste the whey powder. I also didn't stay full for very long.
