The V that captures and secures the pill is not wide enough so I have problems cutting my cholesterol pill in half. The pill is too wide to be held securely. Too often the pill turns sideways. Usually it doesn't get cut although I have had some miscuts where it gets sliced into one-third/two-thirds.It's an interesting design. The bottom is split in two. The cut pills are supposed to fall into one half. The other half can be used to store pills.

Pill splitter works as indicated. I like the fact that after it splits the pill it deposits into it's storage container...great idea!. Bottom line I am very satisfied & we definitely recommend it!

Thought this would be easier to use than the old fashion ones. Nope. Hard to push down on. And it is hard to keep the pill centered. Which means the pills are not split anywhere near half almost all the time.

This particular one is not centered, so my pills are more 1/3 & 2/3 rather than halves. But I do like the ease of the design. Just wish the blade was centered for a more even split.

It’s very helpful for my Folic Acid daily supplements... My joints are SO painful and with this pill cutter all you have to do is push down once in order to cut the pill. It’s that easy.
