Looks like used one
The package looks like usedone repacked or someone returned. Kept in a dollorshop bubble wrap and send it. The quality is also not looks like how they mentioned in the product description.

Not reliable product
I have sent the feedback and message earlier that the product was damaged when i have received but no one has gotten back to me or tried to contact to know the customer satisfaction. I was not happy with the product and this is sticking. i don't think this is perfect to call as Non-stick product. I have ordered one new one today but with a different brand (hawkins). If i can get the refund back on this product that would be great. If not 100% atleast some percentage back will make me happy.
