It's a noticeable difference in my training if I put it in my water bottle for the gym. I am more consistent when using it vs not using it at all. Will continue to purchase and use

Used this to support a longer fast and the flavour is good and helps with water consumption. It’s not the quickest to mix but if you give it a stir and then wait a few mins and stir again it’s fine.

The Ancient + Brave True Hydration Jar arrived on time and as described. The bottle I received looks just like the photos advertised.My problem with this product is it arrived without a safety seal which 99% of supplements usually arrive with. Whether it’s powder or pills, supplements usually come with some sort of seal on the packaging to ensure freshness and allow the customer to feel they’re getting a new product. This came with sticky paper tabs on the lid that wasn’t attached to the bottle when I opened it and the powder didn’t come to the top of the bottle which makes me feel like this is maybe old stock.As a customer it doesn’t give me confidence in this product that it’s new and fresh. It also didn’t come with the gold spoon that was advertised in the photos.Not great!

This stuff is really good. No more dry throat and mouth, headaches, and fatigue.. If you want quality, it will cost more, and this stuff is well worth, tastes great too. I'll definitely be going for the subscription.

I noticed a difference immediately with my skin ..

The media could not be loaded. Being made from coconut water I assumed this would taste like coconut (which isn't my favourite) so, I was pleasantly surprised that it doesn't. It doesn't taste like anything really, just vaguely creamy/sweet which I really like.The bottle is 180g, with the daily dose of 6g that means the bottle holds 30 days supply. After taking it for a few days I've definitely noticed that my skin feels better, (not as dry and smoother.) I've also noticed that I feel more 'switched on' and recover quicker after workouts. It's very easy to mix a teaspoonful into cold water, initially it turns the water cloudy, but once it's completely dissolved the water turns clear again.I really like that the company is a B-Corp (excellent in terms of social and environmental impact) part of 1% for the planet, and vegan friendly. The bottle is also glass and therefore easily recyclable too.Overall I think this is a high quality and effective supplement, that tastes pleasant and is good for the environment too. I would definitely recommend it. 5*
