I bought this hoping it would help dissolve my gallstones thinking it was bhumyamalaki, but it's a different part of the plant. I only ever took one pill in a day and from the start it felt as if my gallbladder was in extreme discomfort. By day 3 I experienced nausea and I completely stopped using it. I found the right "stone breaker" after and have been using the other supplement without experiencing any side effects. I would not recommend if using to dissolve any stones.

I feel really energetic on this supplement. I'm really clear minded and it helps me get through my work day. I feel like this supplement helps close some nutritional gaps in my diet which is far from perfect. I have no digestive issues while taking this supplement which is great because I have diverticulitis and that is a big concern for me. It goes down pretty easily.

The MG is toooooo strong it needs to be lower to tolerate and see if this item can help gallstones at all but after 2 days I couldn't handle it and quit.
