They did the job.
I built a custom railing for a customer, used these to cap the 2” tubing. They easily push in the end, just be sure to de-burr the edge of the tubing to ease the process.Cheap but well made.They are not waterproof and I would suggest to add a very small bead of silicone to prevent water surface tension from drawing water in.I ordered double and have started another railing. I will post Picts and update as necessary.

I wish there were other colors. My posts are off white or ivory. Black is OK, but not as good as a closer match.
